I took Jonathan to see the Asthma and Allergy Specialist this morning which was quite an adventure in the rain with a 5 month old. He was diagnosed with asthma and the doctor put him on Singulair. He said that it is about the only medication that he can take right now at his age. The doctor does not want to do any kind of allergy testing at least until 1- 1 1/2 years of age. He also said that chances are Jonathan will grow out of the asthma but if he doesn't then it will be okay because the older they get the better variety of medicine.
I just pray that this helps him and we don't have to keep trying tons of medications. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.
